HOW CAN I BUY? DO YOU SEND THE PRODUCT BY MAIL?

You can purchase the product on line (with your Carenado account) following the instructions. After the process you will receive an email with a link to download the model immediately. This link will be valid for three complete download, so keep it in a safe place.

We only sell online and we don't have physical delivery for our products.

HOW CAN I INSTALL A MODEL?

-First, unzip the file (.zip)

-Second, double click on the .exe file. This will auto install the model in your Microsoft Flight Simulator.

-Third, look for the path of installation (...Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator 9 or .../FSX)

SOME GAUGES DOESN´T APPEAR IN THE PANEL, WHAT CAN I DO?

First check the installation (second questions of this list)

Then, go to "Aircraft" folder inside the "Flight Simulator 9" folder and check if the "Panel" folder is inside and have files.

If this doesn't work, uninstall de model and reinstall it again. Take care with the path (/Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator 9/)

HOW TO GET PASSENGER VIEW IN VIRTUAL COCKPIT?

You can move inside the virtual cockpit with these combinations:

Back: Control + Enter

Forward: Control + Backspace

Left: Control + Shift + Backspace

Right: Control + Shift + Enter

I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD GIVE ME PERMISSION TO UPLOAD MY REPAINTS TO SOME FLIGHT SIMULATOR PAGES RELATED.

Since November 13th, 2002 you can repaint Carenado´s models and upload textures to any public website, but giving the corresponding credits to Carenado. Also, some models include a copyright statement which specifies which files are prohibited to be uploaded.

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A MODEL. CAN YOU ACCEPT A BANK CHECK?

Sorry but we only sell online with credit card. Our credit card company service is very reliable.

We don't save any credit card number in our database, so you must enter it every time you want to buy from us.

3.-PURCHASE PROCESS

HOW CAN YOU CHECK YOUR PRODUCT IN THE SHOPPING BAG?

In the shopping bag, like in the supermarket, you can add or drop any product you want. When you finish your selection, you have to click on "Checkout Order" to finish your purchase. To see the products in your shopping basket, you can click on the "shopping bag" button. You can check your products anytime you want.

HOW TO DROP OFF PRODUCTS FROM THE SHOPPING BAG?

To drop a product, just click on the trash icon of the product. To delete all the products press the "Clean Bag" button.

HOW TO BUY?

Once you have entered your payment information, the system will show you a link. Click on that link and automatically you will start downloading the product. At the same time we will send you an email with the link. Keep this link in a safe place, because it will allow you three complete downloads. If it is your first purchase at Carenado and you are not registered don’t worry, click on the "Register" link and fill the form with your personal information. Then you will see your shopping bag containing your product selected and you can finish your transaction. For returning customers you only have to type your email and password to buy. The system will have all your information.

4.-HINTS FOR BUYING AT CARENADO

CATEGORY SEARCH

The easiest way to find a product in Carenado is clicking on "our airplanes" and then choosing a category. Once you click in one category icon you will see all the airplanes of that category. Then you can click on each photo to see more information of each model.

FREE SEARCH

Here you can find an airplane using a key word. For this purpose, you have to enter the word in the search box in the left side of the screen and press the search button. The search will show all products which contain the key word. Then you can click on the photo and see more information of that product.
